Privacy  vs. investment

Challenge: Our Client’s objective from the project was to create a family home with 3 separate units yet connected sharing some facilities and to make the best use of the asset, to have the rest of the BUA as units for renting.

​

Our Solution:  we started the zoning concept by taking the family home to the higher floor levels having the roof as a shared space, and the rest of the units will have English courts and side gardens.
